What is your response time?
We respond to all inquiries within a maximum of 24 business hours. For ongoing projects, clients have direct access to their assigned engineer via Slack or email.
Do you work with companies outside Latin America?
Yes. We work remotely with companies across Latin America, Spain, and the United States. We adapt to your time zone for follow-up meetings.
What is the minimum project size?
For development projects we work with a minimum of 20 hours. For consulting and training we offer sessions from 2 hours. No long-term commitments.
What if I'm not satisfied with the work?
We work in weekly sprints with constant reviews. If something doesn't meet your expectations, we fix it at no extra cost within the active sprint. No lock-in, no surprises.
